Key Responsibilities

  • Engage & Inspire: Connect with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and recommend products/services that provide real value.

  • Lead Generation & (Cold) Calling: Initiate contact with new prospects through cold calling and lead generation activities to introduce our products/services and convert leads into sales opportunities.

  • Meeting customers in person: This role is not only about virtual sales, this role is about complex relationship building and some travel as well.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals through effective strategies, exceptional customer service, and proactive outreach efforts.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to create an exceptional customer experience, both in-store and during remote communications.

  • Gather Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback from both in-store interactions and outreach efforts, addressing concerns and making recommendations for improvement.

  • Sales Documentation & Policies: Handle documentation, follow company policies, and ensure accuracy in all transactions and communications.

  • Go-Getter Attitude: Ambitious, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges.

  • Market Expansion Enthusiast: Previous B2B sales experience is a plus, but a passion for sales, cold outreach, and customer interaction is key. We can teach you a lot of stuff.

  • Engineering Industry & Procurement: Some experience in how given fields work is a bonus.

  • Proactive Communicator: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills, especially when contacting potential leads.

  • Results-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales goals, whether in-store or through outreach efforts.

  • Team-Player: Ability to work well with others, sharing insights on sales strategies and helping foster a collaborative environment.
