Are you an undergraduate or recent graduate eager to kick off a dynamic career in tech? PARTORY, a fast-growing startup in Hradec Králové, is looking for ambitious juniors to join our Trainee/Internship Program for a hands-on experience in tech, innovation, and business. Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Become a key figure in user management, PC setup, and providing internal IT support. Your role will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and supporting colleagues in their daily tasks.
  • Testing: Learn to perform testing of new applications and systems to ensure they function flawlessly and meet all requirements.

  • Automation: Get involved in automating company processes, including IT systems, and learn how to contribute to the efficient and reliable functioning of the entire organization.


Who are we looking for (Qualifications):

  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity in Windows OS, including skills in user and device setup, troubleshooting, and software installation.
  • Basic understanding of data systems and integration processes to support data-driven tasks and business intelligence.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Familiarity in No Code/Low Code platforms
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies, adapting quickly, and embracing change.
  • Understanding of Agile principles, version control (e.g., Git), and basic task management skills (a plus, not a requirement).
